JOB PURPOSE

R&D EXECUTIVE will be in charge of formula development and evaluate new raw materials

Internal relationship:

Work directly with departments: QA – QC Department – Production Department – Marketing Department

External relationship:

Suppliers and consumers

Job Description:

Main Duties

Responsible for the development of new products based on interaction/direction from Sales and Marketing
Evaluate new raw materials
Oversees the development of formula revisions (including cost reductions)
Interaction with internal departments and outside venders as projects dictate
Participates in all aspects of the scale-up process (includes trial run, hands-on production, shelf-life evaluations…)
Other tasks assigned by Superiors

Periodically Report: Weekly/Monthly Report – Unscheduled at the request of superiors

Qualification:Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Bio chemistry, Food Science or related disciplines.
Foreign Language: Good oral and reading communication skills in English
Level of computer: Ability to use Offices, Internet and emailing
Knowledge / Profession related: R&D knowledge in Coffee, Dairy, Beverage
Working requirements: Skilled in analysis and management
No of year-experience: 1 -2 years of experiences, prefer companies related to coffee, dairy, beverage
Personality: Hard working, sense of curiosity and creativity
