Mô tả Công việc
- Setting up plans, conducting necessary experiments to develop Food products to meet the product concept in aligning with legal regulations and ensuring the required quality standards;
- Advancing input materials for assigned product category;
- Investigate and support the implementation of reformulations on existing products;
- Maintain written standard operating procedures, work instructions, guidelines and flowcharts for the R&D department. Oversee GMP compliance specific to the R&D department;
- Taking in charge of industrialized production line development and the stable techniques of manufacturing process;
- Cooperating with other departments in providing technical support on quality matters and customer demands.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in nutrition, food science, food technical, biological sciences, or related field;
- Minimum 2 years work experience in related industry;
- Good analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail;
- Good written and English communication skills;
- Basic mathematic comprehension and skill;
- Positive attitude, team player.
