  • Setting up plans, conducting necessary experiments to develop Food products to meet the product concept in aligning with legal regulations and ensuring the required quality standards;
  • Advancing input materials for assigned product category;
  • Investigate and support the implementation of reformulations on existing products;
  • Maintain written standard operating procedures, work instructions, guidelines and flowcharts for the R&D department. Oversee GMP compliance specific to the R&D department;
  • Taking in charge of industrialized production line development and the stable techniques of manufacturing process;
  • Cooperating with other departments in providing technical support on quality matters and customer demands.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s Degree in nutrition, food science, food technical, biological sciences, or related field;
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in related industry;
  • Good analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail;
  • Good written and English communication skills;
  • Basic mathematic comprehension and skill;
  • Positive attitude, team player.
